Photo & Video Release

Sending Bra Padlockers photos or video of your sports bra laundry nightmares? 

I hereby authorize Bra Padlockers to publish or otherwise distribute photographs and/or video (hereafter referred to as “assets”) of me, and my name and likeness, for use in Bra Padlockers’s print, video, online and any other marketing platforms or materials.

I hereby release and hold harmless Bra Padlockers from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the assets specified above.

I understand and agree that all assets will become the property of the Bra Padlockers and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize the Bra Padlockers to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these assets for any lawful purpose.  In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. 

I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with these assets or their use as part of Bra Padlockers marketing initiatives. I acknowledge and agree that publication or other usage of the assets confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Bra Padlockers from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have in connection with my participation.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE.  I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS
